The Role

The Senior Designer owns the brand visual language. You own the UI/UX layer. Mockups, websites, the product (Atlas), internal portals, dashboards. Anywhere a user has to do a thing on a screen, the interaction design is yours.

What You’ll Do

Own UI/UX for our product (Atlas) and internal dashboard tools
Design end-to-end user flows from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups
Build and maintain a robust component library in Figma
Design marketing websites and landing pages
Partner with AI PMs to translate workflows into screen states
Run usability reviews on shipped surfaces
Maintain design system tokens (typography, spacing, color)

What we’re looking for

3+ years of professional graphic design experience
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, marketing, and digital design work
Experience designing for tech or SaaS companies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Motion graphics or video editing experience is a plus

What You Bring

Must Have

2-3 years shipping product UI/UX (web app or SaaS)
Deep proficiency in Figma (variants, auto-layout, prototyping)
Strong UX fundamentals IA and interaction patterns
Visual taste typography and refined layout
Comfortable with developer handoff and specs
Motion graphics or video editing experience is a plus

Nice to Have

Motion design work (Framer, Lottie)
Experience designing AI-powered product surfaces
Strong UX fundamentals IA and interaction patterns
Some front-end fluency (Tailwind, React)
Comfortable with developer handoff and specs
Understanding of the tech education space
